"Within the 11 tracks of the EP, there is an underlying appreciation of music as a whole. There are traces of electronic, dance, Caribbean and many other genres.The music contains so many elements and remnants of music from many cultures.Many of the tracks contain polyrhythmic elements, having more than one sound going at a time. This adds a great element of surprise to the music. The tracks are all over 4 minutes long. With short EP’s becoming a trend, this album is a standout and provides a longer more pleasurable listening experience. While most of the tracks, especially Friendly Wash are super chill. The track Bitterfly makes for an explosive listening experience as it provides so many layers of music at one time. Bloodhype is creating music in their own lane, the creativity and uniqueness shines through every track."
